Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Express shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your location. Otherwise, standard shipping is free.  Delivery times vary but typically range from 3-7 business days for domestic shipping.

International Shipping:
At this stage we DO NOT ship to other countries. 

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier’s website to track your package's progress.

Shipping Restrictions:

Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the unlikely event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
